In this Policy, “you” refers to users who intend to register or have registered with the “321wms” online service platform (website: https://www.321wms.com/privacy.html), as well as personnel designated by those users. “We” and “321wms” refer to the provider of the 321wms software services. Thank you for your trust. We undertake to implement appropriate measures to safeguard the privacy and security of your information as required by applicable laws and regulations. Accordingly, we have established this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) and draw your attention to the following:
1. If you do not agree to this Policy, please stop registering with or browsing the 321wms platform, and stop using its software, services, and related offerings. Otherwise, you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the provisions of this Policy.
2. This Policy applies to all products and services provided by the 321wms platform. It does not cover services provided by third parties. If you use third-party services, their respective terms apply, and the 321wms platform assumes no responsibility for privacy protection in connection with those services. Please pay particular attention to provisions prominently marked in bold, underlined, in red, or otherwise highlighted, and carefully consider your agreement before clicking to register.
Part I: Definitions
321wms Technology Software System: The online “321wms Technology Software” system provided through the 321wms platform website, hereinafter referred to as “321wms Technology Software.” The actual system provided by the platform shall prevail. Following the instructions on the 321wms platform, you may select and purchase a standard license to use the software system according to your actual needs. After an order is generated, you must pay the full amount on time. Only after the order has been reviewed and approved by the platform’s administrative personnel will you, as the registered user who paid for that order, obtain the corresponding standard software license and services for the software system that has been paid for and approved. The specific scope is subject to your order and the platform’s rules. The standard software license is not perpetual. Personal Information: Information recorded electronically or by other means that can, either on its own or in combination with other information, identify a specific natural person or reflect that person’s activities. Sensitive Personal Information: Personal information that, if unlawfully provided, disclosed, or misused, may endanger personal or property security, or result in discrimination against or harm to a person’s physical or mental health or reputation. This primarily includes identification document numbers, health and physiological information, online identity identifiers, biometric information, and personal financial information.
Amazon Information: Any information obtained or processed by 321wms through the Amazon Selling Partner API, Amazon Marketplace Web Service (MWS), or other Amazon-authorized interfaces, including order information, buyer information, logistics information, inventory information, product information, and Restricted Data and personally identifiable information (PII) as defined by Amazon policies. General provisions in this Policy concerning data analysis, statistics, commercialization, sharing, transfer, public disclosure, or use by affiliates or partners do not apply to Amazon Information. Amazon Information is processed only within the scope authorized by Amazon and for functional purposes expressly authorized by the seller.
Part II: Privacy Policy
1. How We Collect and Use Your Information
You understand and agree that, when providing products and/or services, we may collect, store, and use the following information relating to you. If you refuse to provide such information, you may be unable to use the platform’s products and/or services normally, certain additional features may be unavailable, or the intended functionality may not be achieved. We collect and use your personal information to perform the following functions described in this Policy.
(1) User Registration
1. User registration: We provide products and/or services through your 321wms platform account. To register as a user and create an account to use our platform services, you must provide your mobile phone number, company name, email address, company business license, and any other documentation required by the platform.
2. Display of account information: If you have registered a 321wms platform account, you agree and authorize us to display the personal information described above, including your verification status, within the platform’s services. We may also display information relating to your activities on the platform, including your profile, discounts, associated benefits, purchase orders, sales orders, other transaction orders, authorization information, and the company to which you belong.
(2) Placing Orders
When you use the platform to purchase a standard license for the 321wms Technology Software System and/or platform services, the platform will automatically create the corresponding purchase order and record the payment amount and payment time. You must provide information relating to the order and services as required when placing the order. All such information constitutes “Order Information.” We use Order Information to verify your identity, confirm transactions, process payments and settlement, deploy the system, enable order inquiries, and provide customer support and after-sales services. If Order Information contains a minor’s personal information, you must obtain consent from the minor’s guardian in advance. Otherwise, you will bear the corresponding responsibility. If you fail to pay the full order amount on time, you will not be entitled to the standard software license specified in the order or other services provided by the platform.
(3) Completing Payments
To complete payment for an order, you may use payment services offered by third-party payment institutions that cooperate with the platform, including WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay (collectively, “Payment Institutions”). We will share with the Payment Institution your platform account username, the corresponding payment account name, payment-related order information, device information relevant to order security, and other necessary information required by anti-money-laundering laws.
(4) Delivery of Standard Software Licenses, Goods, or Services
For orders that have been paid in full on time and approved by the platform, you are entitled to use the software system specified in the order within the scope of the platform’s standard license and to receive the corresponding platform services. The 321wms Technology Software System provides business users with online application services, including order processing, purchasing management, supplier management, warehouse management, and data reporting. Merchants can use the system to manage their daily e-commerce operations. The specific functions available depend on the software system associated with your purchased order. These processes may involve collecting, processing, and storing the private information you provide.
(5) Customer Support and Dispute Resolution
To protect the security of your account and the system, you agree to proactively provide relevant personal and/or company information for identity verification during order transactions, after-sales services, and dispute resolution. As necessary, we will retain records of calls and communications between you and us, and use your account information and Order Information.
(6) Lawful Authorization
1. You must obtain lawful authorization for the information you provide when using the platform and undertake that the sources of personal information are lawful and compliant. If you have not obtained authorization, the information owner may request that the platform correct or delete the relevant information you disclosed without authorization. You will bear the associated responsibility, and the platform assumes no responsibility or risk in this regard.
2. Circumstances in which consent is not required: You acknowledge and agree that we may collect and use personal information without your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:
1) Where it relates to national security or national defense.
2) Where it relates to public security, public health, or significant public interests.
3) Where it relates to judicial or administrative law enforcement, including criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and enforcement of judgments.
4) Where it is necessary to protect significant lawful interests, such as your life or property or those of another person, and obtaining that person’s consent is difficult.
5) Where you have voluntarily made the personal information public.
6) Where the personal information is collected from lawfully disclosed sources, such as lawful news reporting or government information disclosures.
7) Where it is necessary to enter into or perform relevant agreements or other written documents with you.
8) Where it is necessary to maintain the secure and stable operation of products and/or services, such as identifying and resolving faults.
9) Where it is necessary for lawful news reporting.
10) Where it is necessary for statistical or academic research conducted by academic research institutions in the public interest, provided that personal information contained in published research results or descriptions is de-identified.
11) Other circumstances specified by laws and regulations. You understand and agree that we may use anonymized or de-identified information for product feature optimization, system performance improvements, security audits, troubleshooting, statistical analysis, and compliance management. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing provisions do not apply to any Amazon Information obtained through Amazon interfaces. For Amazon Information, 321wms strictly complies with Amazon policies and will never use such information for advertising or marketing, market research, competitive analysis, cross-customer data aggregation, industry analysis, data sales, or other commercialization or analytical purposes.
2. Data Access and Data Management
1. You agree and are obliged to provide the platform with all data necessary to perform the services in accordance with this Policy. Your account registered on Amazon (the “Amazon Account”) will authorize 321wms Technology Software to obtain relevant data and reports. You agree and will ensure that the platform administrators are granted all access permissions necessary for this purpose. You acknowledge and agree to Amazon’s applicable policies. In accordance with Amazon’s requirements concerning the retention of PII, the platform will automatically delete buyer PII 28 days after the buyer’s order is shipped and will not retain offline backups. If this causes you any loss, you agree to release the platform from liability.
2. You undertake and will ensure that all data and information you provide, use, or obtain from 321wms Technology Software comply with laws and regulations and do not infringe third-party rights. If a violation occurs, the platform may suspend its services or terminate your access to the software. If your violation causes losses to the platform, you must compensate it for any resulting damage, including costs incurred in enforcing its claims, such as notarization fees, legal fees, appraisal fees, and travel expenses.
3. You authorize 321wms to access, process, and store the data you authorize it to receive, including Amazon Account data, to the extent necessary to perform the services. 321wms reiterates its firm commitment that all general authorization provisions in this Policy referring to “analysis of user databases,” “establishment of data processing and usage rights,” “commercial use,” or “report generation” do not apply to Amazon Information. 321wms processes Amazon Information only to the extent necessary to perform seller-authorized functions, including order management, inventory management, logistics management, and related operational services. 321wms will not use Amazon Information for cross-customer data aggregation, industry analysis, market research, competitive analysis, advertising or marketing, data sales, or other commercial activities.
4. 321wms processes and protects relevant data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Amazon Data Protection Policy, and this Policy. 321wms reserves no independent rights to develop Amazon Information, create derivative data from it, or process it beyond applicable laws, regulations, and Amazon authorization. Amazon Information is accessed, used, stored, and deleted only within the scope authorized by Amazon. It will not be used for any purpose other than performing functions expressly authorized by the seller.
5. 321wms may conduct regular annual supervision and reviews of data compliance, access permissions, transmission security, and related matters concerning your use or management of the software. If you use data in violation of this Policy or otherwise harm third-party lawful interests, 321wms may suspend services and require corrective action until you meet applicable legal, regulatory, Amazon policy, and 321wms security and compliance requirements. If you fail to take corrective action, 321wms may terminate its services. Such supervision and review do not grant 321wms any right to conduct commercial analysis, cross-customer aggregation analysis, industry analysis, or other unauthorized processing of Amazon Information.
6. Deletion requests: If Amazon notifies 321wms and requests deletion of Amazon Information, you understand and agree that 321wms will immediately take measures to permanently and securely delete the relevant information. 321wms will permanently and securely delete all live instances of Amazon Information, whether online or accessible over a network, within 90 days of Amazon’s notice. Amazon buyer PII will be automatically deleted 28 days after the buyer’s order is shipped, without offline backups. Any stricter requirements imposed by applicable laws, regulations, or Amazon policies will prevail.
7. Authorized functions for Amazon Information: Amazon Information is used only for functions expressly authorized by the seller and necessary to perform 321wms services, including order processing, shipping and logistics management, inventory management, after-sales and customer support, and security audits and troubleshooting directly related to those functions. 321wms will not use Amazon Information for purposes unrelated to seller-authorized functions.
8. Prohibited uses of Amazon Information: 321wms will not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or otherwise commercialize Amazon Information. It will not create industry databases using Amazon Information from multiple sellers; generate market insights, competitive analyses, or industry reports across sellers; or use Amazon Information for advertising, marketing campaigns, user profiling, market research, pricing research, competitive monitoring, or other commercialization or analytical purposes.
9. Restrictions on artificial intelligence and model training: Unless the seller has provided express, separate written authorization and Amazon policies permit such use, 321wms will not use Amazon Information to train, fine-tune, or improve any general-purpose artificial intelligence model, foundation model, large language model (LLM), machine learning model, or other AI system unrelated to seller-authorized services.
3. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
Cookies: To ensure that the system operates properly, provide a more convenient browsing experience, and recommend content that may interest you, we may place one or more small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device (collectively, “Cookies”). Cookies enable the system to store information such as your preferences or items in your shopping cart, support your personalized requirements, and provide a more convenient browsing experience. If you do not agree to this use, you may manage or delete Cookies according to your preferences. Doing so may, in certain circumstances, affect the security and convenience of your access to our system.
Special clarification: The provisions in this section concerning Cookies, preference records, experience optimization, or content recommendations do not apply to Amazon Information. 321wms will not use Amazon Information for advertising, marketing recommendations, user profiling, or personalized recommendations unrelated to seller-authorized functions.
4. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Information
We will not share, disclose, or transfer your personal information to third parties other than the platform’s service providers, except in any of the following circumstances:
1. To carry out activities specified in this Policy.
2. With your prior express consent or authorization.
3. As required by laws, regulations, or administrative or judicial authorities.
4. To protect your lawful interests or those of the 321wms Technology Software System and/or its affiliates or partners, to the extent permitted by laws and regulations.
5. To protect public interests, public order, and accepted standards of conduct.
6. To fulfill the products and/or services in your order.
7. To handle relevant matters at your request.
8. As provided in relevant agreements or documents signed with you.
9. For academic research or public-interest activities.
Important Notice
1. We will not transfer your personal information to any third party except as provided in this Policy, with your express consent, or in the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, liquidation, or other circumstance described above.
2. You understand and acknowledge that, if we technically process personal information so that the recipient cannot re-identify the individual, we may share, publicly disclose, or transfer the processed data without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
Special notice concerning Amazon Information: None of the exceptions in this section concerning sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing information to affiliates, partners, or third parties apply to Amazon Information. Unless compelled by laws, regulations, or judicial or administrative authorities, or unless the seller provides express, separate written authorization, 321wms will never share, transfer, disclose, sell, rent, or otherwise provide any Amazon Information to any third party, including affiliates or partners.
5. How We Protect Your Information
(1) We implement security safeguards that meet legal and regulatory requirements and industry standards to prevent harm to personal information. We continually improve our technology to enhance personal information security, establish access control mechanisms, and strengthen internal training on personal information protection.
For Amazon Information and PII, 321wms implements the following security controls:
(1) Access controls based on the principle of least privilege, allowing access only to personnel, systems, or services that need the data to perform authorized functions.
(2) Regular reviews of personnel, accounts, software assets, and physical assets with access to Amazon Information, with prompt removal of permissions that are no longer needed.
(3) Logging and auditing of activities involving access to, processing, export, and deletion of Amazon Information.
(4) Protection of Amazon Information in transit using encryption such as TLS, and protection at rest using encryption or equivalent security measures.
(5) Employee training on data protection, PII protection, and compliance with Amazon policies.
(6) Prompt revocation of access when employees leave, change roles, or no longer require access.
(7) A security incident response mechanism. If an incident may affect the security of Amazon Information or PII, 321wms will take response, investigation, remediation, and notification measures in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, Amazon policies, and this Policy.
(2) The internet is not an entirely secure environment. When communicating with other users through email, messaging, social applications, or similar channels, we recommend that you take appropriate measures to protect your personal information.
(3) Please carefully consider any information you voluntarily share or make public, as this may involve publishing or publicly disclosing your own or another person’s personal information.
(4) If a personal information security incident occurs, we will handle it as required by laws and regulations and report our response to the relevant regulatory authorities.
Important Notice
If you discover that your personal information, account, or password has been compromised, please contact us immediately using the contact details in this Policy so that we can take appropriate measures.
6. How You Manage Your Information
You may access and manage your information in the following ways.
(1) Subject to applicable laws, regulations, policy requirements, and platform management requirements, you agree to provide information in accordance with the platform’s published or registration requirements. If your information changes or contains errors, you may view, correct, or supplement it through: 321wms Platform → Personal Center → Basic Information. If you have any questions, you may contact the platform.
(2) You may request deletion of your personal information if the platform:
1. Processes it in violation of laws or regulations.
2. Processes it in violation of relevant agreements with you.
3. Processes it without your express consent or authorization.
4. Stops providing products or services to you.
When submitting such a request, please provide supporting grounds. After verification, we will contact you to complete the relevant procedures. You agree to cooperate in verifying that you are the data subject and completing the deletion procedures. You understand and agree that we will actively respond to deletion requests. However, because of legal and regulatory requirements or technical security limitations, we may be unable to immediately delete the corresponding information from backup systems. We will securely isolate information pending deletion or anonymize/de-identify it.
For Amazon Information, sellers may revoke 321wms authorization through Amazon’s authorization management page or request deletion using the contact details in this Policy. Upon receiving a valid request or an Amazon deletion notice, 321wms will carry out deletion in accordance with Amazon policies and this Policy. Amazon buyer PII will be automatically deleted once more than 28 days have elapsed since order shipment, and no offline backups will be retained.
(3) Changing Authorization or Consent
You may change your privacy authorization by closing your account, requesting deletion of information through the platform, disabling device functions, or adjusting privacy settings on the platform. You understand and agree that certain platform operations and services require the collection and use of personal information. After you withdraw consent or authorization, we will stop processing the corresponding personal information and will be unable to provide the related services. Withdrawal of authorization or consent does not affect personal information processing carried out on the basis of your previous authorization or consent.
If you revoke Amazon authorization, 321wms will stop obtaining new Amazon Information through Amazon interfaces. Previously obtained data will be deleted, isolated, or retained only to the extent permitted or required by applicable laws, regulations, Amazon policies, and the performance of authorized services. Withdrawal does not affect processing conducted before withdrawal under valid authorization and in compliance with Amazon policies.
(4) Closing Your Account You may apply to close your account. You understand and agree that, after you voluntarily close your account and complete the platform’s review procedures, we will stop providing products or services and delete your personal information. However, because of legal and regulatory requirements or technical security limitations, we may be unable to immediately delete corresponding information from backup systems. We will securely isolate information pending deletion or anonymize/de-identify it.
(5) Responding to Your Requests For security purposes, you may need to submit a written request or otherwise verify your identity. 7. Protection of Minors’ Personal Information
